Her leadership experience includes roles as a Fortune 100 Finance and HR executive at Citibank, American Express and AIG, as a McKinsey & Co. consultant, and as principal of Strategy 42. Ashwood holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Rochester, and a BS from Trinity University.
Her renown success in developing leaders and improving the performance of some of the best organizations in the world makes her a valued career and management advisor. She gives clients the confidence to make innovative choices in the context of rigorous business acumen for outstanding results.
Ashwood is also known as a role-model of work-family balance, rethinking how to achieve hardcore career success without giving up the best parts of personal life.
Meet Robert Pritchard, Ph.D.
Research & Development
Bob is the research mastermind behind our performance improvement methods and serves as ongoing technical advisor. He led thirty years of global research to develop and test the overwhelmingly effective ProMES, Productivity Measurement and Enhancement System. Bob has written nine books and numerous articles, and is professor emeritus in psychology and management at University of Central Florida. His research has been recognized with major awards, and he has served as editor for professional journals and book series and the National Research Council on improving organizational productivity. Bob has been the inspiration for two generations of performance improvement research based on the idea that people need control over their work in order to be motivated, and that we can quantify and compare knowledge work in a dynamic environment.
